ICAN offers residential and commercial property services in Anchorage and Eagle River, Alaska. Our services include:

• Trash Bin-to-Curb Service
• Valet Trash Pickup (customer quote required)
• Pet Waste Removal
• Bin & Curb Pressure Washing
• Exterior Pressure Washing (custom quote required)

Services are available on a recurring or one-time basis depending on customer needs.

Service Area

ICAN currently serves Anchorage and Eagle River. If your location falls outside this area, we may be unable to provide service. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Scheduling Access

Customers must:

• Provide accurate trash pickup day and service address.
• Ensure all areas (bins, yard, etc.) are accessible on your service day.
• Include gate or garage codes if access is restricted.
• Secure pets during the service window.

We are not responsible for missed or incomplete service due to access issues.

Payments & Billing

• A valid credit or debit card is required to start service.
• Services are billed per visit and charged automatically after completion.
• New customers receive a 2-week free trial for our Can-to-Curb service. Billing begins automatically after the trial unless canceled.
• You may pause or cancel future services at any time before your next billing date.

Pricing Quotes

• Standard pricing is visible during service sign-up.
• Valet trash and exterior pressure washing services may require a custom quote for large or complex jobs.
• Pet waste cleanup pricing varies by number of dogs and yard size.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel at any time.
• Services already completed are non-refundable.

Weather Delays

Our team works through most Alaska weather conditions. In the rare event that service must be rescheduled due to extreme weather, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Liability & Safety

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Inaccessible or improperly placed bins
• Hazardous waste, loose animals, or unsafe service conditions
• Items left in or around service areas

By using our services, you agree to hold ICAN harmless from any incidental or indirect damage resulting from routine operations.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site and services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
