Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to your bins or outdoor areas, we’ll complete the service without needing you there. If you have pets, please make sure they’re secured on your service day.

You’ll sign up online and tell us your regular trash pickup day. We’ll schedule your service around that day—no need to select a specific time.

All services are billed per visit—only after a service is completed. You’ll never be billed upfront for work we haven’t done.

Yes. You can pause or cancel service at any time by contacting us before your next scheduled visit.

We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time service options, depending on the service. Most customers choose weekly for the best results.

Billing is automatic and processed after each completed service using the card you put on file. After your 2-week free trial (if applicable), charges begin unless you cancel beforehand.

We charge $20 per service for one dog and $30 for two or more dogs. This pricing reflects the extra time and cleanup effort needed for multiple pets.

An average yard is typically a standard fenced backyard up to about ¼ acre in size with normal access. If your property is significantly larger, heavily landscaped, or includes multiple sections or obstacles, we may recommend a custom quote.

We don’t offer refunds for completed services, but you’re free to cancel or pause future services at any time. Just contact us before your next scheduled visit to avoid being charged.
