Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to your bins or outdoor areas, we’ll complete the service without needing you there. If you have pets, please make sure they’re secured on your service day.
How do I schedule service?
You’ll sign up online and tell us your regular trash pickup day. We’ll schedule your service around that day—no need to select a specific time.
Is billing charged per visit or monthly?
All services are billed per visit—only after a service is completed. You’ll never be billed upfront for work we haven’t done.
Can I pause or cancel service?
Yes. You can pause or cancel service at any time by contacting us before your next scheduled visit.
How often can I receive service?
We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time service options, depending on the service. Most customers choose weekly for the best results.
How does billing work?
Billing is automatic and processed after each completed service using the card you put on file. After your 2-week free trial (if applicable), charges begin unless you cancel beforehand.
What if I have a gate code or special access instructions?
You can add notes during sign-up to share any gate codes, garage access, or other details we’ll need to ensure uninterrupted service.
Do you offer service for apartments, rentals, or businesses?
Yes. We work with HOAs, landlords, and small businesses in Anchorage and Eagle River for trash bin handling, pressure washing, and pet waste services.
How does billing work for multiple dogs in pet waste cleanup?
We charge $20 per service for one dog and $30 for two or more dogs. This pricing reflects the extra time and cleanup effort needed for multiple pets.
What if my needs aren’t covered by your online service options?
No problem — we can customize a plan that works for you. Just give us a call or send a message, and we’ll create a service schedule or quote based on your specific needs, whether it’s extra bins, commercial properties, large yards, or unique access requirements.
What’s considered an average yard for pet waste removal?
An average yard is typically a standard fenced backyard up to about ¼ acre in size with normal access. If your property is significantly larger, heavily landscaped, or includes multiple sections or obstacles, we may recommend a custom quote.
Do you have a refund or cancellation policy?
We don’t offer refunds for completed services, but you’re free to cancel or pause future services at any time. Just contact us before your next scheduled visit to avoid being charged.
