Refund & Service Cancellation Policy

Effective July 2025

Service Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule any service up to 24 hours before your scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund. Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds unless the service was not delivered as agreed or there was a verified issue on our end.

Missed or Inaccessible Service

If we arrive and your bins or service area are not accessible, the visit will still be charged. To avoid this, please make sure any locked gates are open and bins are placed as expected.

Recurring Services

For weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring services, you may pause or cancel your plan at any time by contacting us. We do not refund previously completed services.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Promotional offers and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
